Wedges
Eversure Wedge
Engineered for Secure Locking
Eversure Wedges are purpose-designed locking elements used to firmly secure wall panels and form plates during formwork assembly. Designed to work under compression, they apply consistent locking force to maintain tight panel engagement and prevent movement during concrete pouring, even under continuous vibration and pressure.
Applications
- Secures formwork panels by engaging with the Eversure Stub Pin, completing the pin–wedge locking mechanism during assembly.
- Maintains consistent locking pressure to keep panels tightly engaged under concrete loads, vibration, and dynamic site conditions.
- Prevents back-off or loosening of the pin–panel connection in high-repetition, fast-cycle construction environments.
- Ensures controlled load transfer between connected panels, supporting alignment and structural stability throughout concrete pouring.
- Performs reliably across repeated installations and pours, resisting deformation, wear, and vibration-induced fatigue over extended site use.
